Refund Policy

The security deposit to reserve rental equipment is non-refundable.
Some exceptions may apply when cancellation of a reservation can be substituted for a new reservation. In this case, Freedom Recreation Rentals llc. will reimburse up to 50% of the original reservation.
If the product reserved was damaged by a previous renter, Power Toy Rentals will do all possible to fix the equipment on time, if the equipment is still not available due to previous damage, a full refund will be given of the deposit.
